Over the last 30 years, we have helped create transformative change in the lives of LGBTQ+ people in the UK. Our campaigns drive positive change in public attitudes and public policy. We ensure LGBTQ+ people can thrive throughout our lives by building deep, sustained change programmes with the institutions that have the biggest impact on us, whether we're learning, working, praying, or playing sport.

As our current Treasurer steps into their new role as Vice Chair, we are looking for an accomplished financial leader, ideally with extensive insights into charity governance and finance, to fulfil the role of Treasurer. We are looking for someone committed to joining a collaborative and robust board, who is driven by our values and mission, including our unrelenting focus on trans inclusion and race equity across our work.

As Treasurer, you would be joining a diverse and talented board and supporting an outstanding Senior Leadership Team. We take great pride in the diverse professional and personal experiences of the whole team, and we actively seek out representation from across our community. Our diversity is our strength, and helps us as we deliver our Free to Be Strategy (2021-25). We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who are women, non-binary, trans, people of colour and disabled people.
