A warm welcome from the Chief Executive
I’m so happy that you’re considering a role at Stonewall. Over thirty years since our charity was founded, our work feels more vital than ever. We’re currently campaigning for LGBTQ-inclusive education for all young people, fairer outcomes for LGBTQ+ refugees and a full ban on conversion therapy – to name just a few of our priorities!
Lots of our colleagues have a personal investment in the work we do. Many come from marginalised backgrounds, and we’re committed to embedding anti-racism into the fabric of our organisation through our Race Equity project. The driven and supportive community we have here at Stonewall is one of the things I’m proudest of as CEO.
So please join us in creating a world where LGBTQ+ people everywhere are free to be themselves. I’d love to hear from you.
Nancy Kelley
Working at Stonewall
It is only through the skills, creativity and dedication of our colleagues, trustees and volunteers that we can change the world for LGBTQ+ people.
We want to recruit talented people that reflect the communities we serve. We support our people to do their best, and to learn and grow.
We take particular care to prioritise race equity and trans inclusion in how we work, with commitments and actions that help us focus on improving our culture and practices, and building equity within Stonewall. We are seeking to further progress bi and ace inclusion within the charity.
