We Are Stonewall
At Stonewall, we’re a team of driven, passionate people who pride ourselves on valuing each other and wanting to make a real, lasting difference to the lives of LGBTQ+ people.
Our people make up a vibrant, dynamic and invested community. Lots of our staff have a personal connection to the work we do, and are representative of the diverse nation we live in. We’re proud of this diversity, and of our collective commitment to the work.

We’re committed to embedding anti-racism into the fabric of our organisation through our Race Equity project, which includes a series of training for all staff and trustees. We also have network groups run by and for different groups within Stonewall. These include groups for bi, trans, PoC, ace, women, disabled staff and people of faith, along with a Mental Health and Wellbeing network.
In the past year we have celebrated key moments - both internally and externally - including Ace Week, Bi Visibility Week, LGBTQ+ History Month and Trans awareness week.

We strive for a workplace where there’s a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination, and we work hard to accommodate access needs.
